The Explorers Club stranded in Montana

Montana is a beautiful state, though far from the beach and not exactly where The Explorers Club wanted to be stranded. The Explorers Club hit a large deer on I-94 outside Forsyth, Montana on their way to Seattle. Everyone in the band is fine, but there was serious damage to the bumper, headlights and radiator of their 98′ Dodge passenger van. They missed their show in Seattle last night, and probably Portland too. They’re hoping they can make it for their show in San Francisco at The Independent on June 20.The cost to fix the van and paying to hole up in a hotel room while the van is being repaired is kinda breaking their banks. They have set up a link to a paypal account on their myspace page if fans feel like helping the band out.
