Dripping with underworld color, Animal Collective are soon to unleash their new rush of kaleidoscopic swirl and haunt, Merriweather Post Pavilion, on January 20th. The group will be celebrating the release of their album with a trio of US shows. The first on January 20th – the day of the album’s release – in New York City, followed by shows in Chicago and Los Angeles. Merriweather Post Pavilion is the ninth studio album from Animal Collective, recorded with Ben Allen in Oxford, Mississippi.
