I was just listening to Chrome Dreams a couple weeks ago. While you won’t get that album this time around, there is plenty to enjoy with Vol. 1 of Neil Young’s long-awaited Archives box set now in stores. Vol. 1 (1963-1972) covers the period from his earliest recordings with The Squires in Winnipeg, 1963, through to his classic 1972 album Harvest and beyond, including studio and live tracks with the legendary Buffalo Springfield; Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young; and Neil Young with Crazy Horse.
