Something else I’ve been enjoying that I got into a few weeks back joined me last night in a bit of psychic rebirth after a textbook Rainy Day and Monday. I’m talking about Sydney based band Bridezilla. I like it. No doubt within the multiplicity of parallel universes I have somewhere offered the wittiest, most astute observations ever. However, in this Here & Now, all I can say is that Bridezilla are original, a good time, and at points I’m getting visuals of a house of mirrors. Make what you will. The group was hand picked by Nick Cave to play at the Australian ATP Festival, in addition to sharing stages at ATP Festival in upstate New York in this month. The band have been in rural NSW recording their debut with US producer Kramer. The album is set to be released in the US in 2010, preceded by a self-titled EP this Fall.
