Titus Andronicus plots The MonitorThe second album by Titus Andronicus, titled The Monitor, will be released on March 9th. The date is also the 148th anniversary of the Battle of Hampton Roads, where the U.S.S. Monitor and the C.S.S. Virginia entered into an epic battle off the coast of Virginia, near my own hometown. Check out “Four Score And Seven”, divided into parts 1 + 2 for a vinyl double A side 7” to be released on February 9th. The Monitor was recorded this past August by producer and engineer Kevin McMahon at his Marcata Recording studio in New Paltz, NY.
