Nada Surf plan tour for Stars

Nada Surf plan tour for Stars
Nada Surf’s new album The Stars Are Indifferent To Astronomy will be out in January, and with that in mind comes a tour. Stars is the band’s seventh record, and was made with the intent of capturing their live sound. “We’ve always played faster and a little harder live,” says Matthew Caws, “but we’d play so carefully in the studio. So with this album, we made a conscious decision to preserve what it felt like in the practice room, when you play with that new-song energy.”

Nada Surf’s lineup stands as Matthew Caws (vocals, guitar), Daniel Lorca (bass) and Ira Elliot (drums).
