The Heart is a Drum Machine out on DVD
The Heart is a Drum Machine features Wayne Coyne, Jason Schwartzman, Elijah Wood, Andrew VanWyngarden of MGMT, Britt Daniel of Spoon, Juliette Lewis, John Frusciante, Maynard James Keenan, and more, all answering the question “What is Music?” The film was directed by Christopher Pomerenke and produced by the makers of 2006’s Moog. The Flaming Lips’ Steven Drozd wrote and performed the film’s original score and covered Elton John’s “Rocket Man” with Maynard James Keenan on vocals. The film will be available On Demand beginning April 1st. Add it now to your Netflix queue.
