Historically in times of trouble the music reacts and inversely gets better. However, I don’t believe 2011 was a standout year in any capacity. As for lists I don’t have a proper one though all the following releases caught my ear at one point or another. This isn’t complete and is in no designated order. Here’s to hoping next year will bring a new tide of prosperity as well as an end to the dreadfully awful routines of the ruling class. Without a doubt the middle class has been hit the hardest, and yes, the money surely went somewhere. Merry Christmas.
